My Creative Frustration

Alright fellow bloggers,

I am terribly sorry I have not been on here, but I have been busy with my new job. (Thank God) Anyway, I realize how my creativity level changes from one day to the next! I wanted to make a Christmas Party scrapbook page with pictures of the kids I use to watch. (oh how I miss them!) My first day I tried laying it out and I got so frustrated because I just HATED how everything was turning out! I finally just walked away and left the stuff I was going to use spread out. I came back a few days later and I threw away my old template and started out new. I am pretty happy with it. Still not as good as the layouts in the magazines but WAY better than I had started out with! I have attached a picture of how it turned out please let me know what you think!

PS. Sorry it is blurry, I took the picture with my phone!

More Pics

It wouldn't let me add all of my pics so I wanted to add a couple more. These are my examples of two page layouts. I have some really cute templates I am going to try soon, I just have to learn not to use so many pictures sometimes!

Added pics

Ok guys, I have added some pictures of some of my things, please don't be super disappointed! Remember I am still learning new techniques! But I wouldn't mind some pointers!

My first day as a blogger

Hey Guys!

Thanks for taking some time out to read my blog. When I was in highschool my scrapbooking consisted of some paper, glue stick, scissors and stickers. I know to this day you can still throw something together that is pretty cute with those four items but I never thought about technique! In the past couple of months I have become more into templates and techniques and making my scrapbook more that just some pictures glued on some paper with stickers slapped on. I have also recently expanded my interest in containers and am interested in making cards! I am super excited to start this blog and I cannot wait to share my progress and learn more about yours!
